Overview

Developed an end-to-end product development plan for the TasteBuds mobile app, covering customer journey analysis, onboarding redesign, Agile delivery planning, technical requirements and success metrics. The work combined UX research, product thinking and operational planning to outline how the MVP should be built, tested and launched.

What I did

  • Analysed the full customer journey across onboarding, profile management, billing and offboarding, drawing directly from the mapped flows in the submitted plan.

  • Conducted secondary UX research to define a clear “happy path” for onboarding and identified alternative flows that addressed user needs and friction points.

  • Designed a dual-track Agile workflow that coordinated Discovery and Delivery workstreams, ensuring continuous iteration and alignment between UX and engineering.

  • Sequenced the product build with timeframes, dependencies and detailed justification for each phase.

  • Developed technical requirements covering security, data storage, compliance, scalability and recommended tech stack.

  • Identified core metrics for measuring success across onboarding, maintenance, billing and engagement.

  • Delivered the work as a structured, executive-facing slide deck with strategic recommendations and implementation steps.

Outcome

A coherent, research-informed product development plan demonstrating strong capability in product strategy, UX process design and technical communication. Awarded Distinction.
